As the UK Government’s Construction Strategy stated BIM will become a key part of the government’s procurement of public buildings and closely followed by the private sector, from 2016, BIM will be mandatory on all public sector contracts.

In light of the government and private sectors’ initiatives and objectives, SaTT created our vision for London, resulting in a series of studies in response to a Key Person of Influence program question (KPI)
